Success Behind Bars: Milestone Exceeded!

As of January 1, 2025, our dedicated team of teachers has guided 2,236 young men and women through the program inside juvenile detention centers across Central America.

This milestone is about more than numbers. It represents real life changes. Over the past nine years, these youth have developed practical life skills, strengthened their character, and grown in their faith. Each graduate has received encouragement, mentorship, and the tools to walk a new path filled with purpose, hope, and redemption.

The momentum continues in 2025. This Spring semester, more than 200 youth are enrolled in the Success Academy across 11 juvenile detention centers in El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras. They’re learning how to make better decisions, live intentionally, and apply biblical values to everyday challenges.

In Guatemala, we’re also working closely with government offi cials to launch the Success Academy in two additional detention centers, bringing the total to 13 centers in three countries. This will extend life transforming opportunities to even more incarcerated youth. Your belief in second chances is changing the trajectory of teens who have been locked up and considered hopeless by much of society. Together, we look forward to seeing even more youth encounter hope, healing, and new life through Christ.
